Jumperooooo

Emerie is still too short for her jumperoo and also requires a towel to fill in the giant empty space around her when she is in it. She really likes to hang out in it and listen to the music. With the help of a pillow underneath her feet she does some light bouncing but gets pooped out pretty fast. The dogs find the jumperoo very intriguing as well.

Thanks to Aunt Judy and Aunt Mary Frances for getting Emerie this jumperoo. We are all loving it, including the furry kids :)

Playtime

Emerie is now enjoying tummy time much more than she used to. She is getting so strong and is able to keep her head up for a long time and especially likes when toys are placed in front of her so she can grab at them.

Every toy finds its way into her mouth and is usually soaked after she is done with it.

 

 

She is a big fan of Sophie the Giraffe as well.



4 Months Old

Emerie had her four month checkup. She is now weighing in at a whopping 12.2 lbs (16th percentile) and 25 inches long (71st percentile). We are now officially out of the 3 month clothes as all of the pants appeared to be capris and the long sleeves were 3/4 length.

 

 

 

We love you silly girl...more than you will ever know.

A few favorites...

Life never seems to slow down and adjusting to mommy-hood makes it go even faster. I finally have some time while the hubby is cooking dinner (yes I am a lucky gal) to update the blog. Here are a few of my favorites.

Our church caretakers gave Emerie this little bear for Christmas and when it's hand is squeezed it recites a kid's prayer. She can't quite get enough of it!
